Request: Polls To Add Certain Limited Items To The Mog Station

Every time I accidentally clicked on that npc, I wonder why there is no item available, so it's a defunct function?

Which NPC? Is that the guy outside Mih Khetto's Amphitheatre who is eternally closed and grumbling about how he wishes every day could be a festival... whether there is in fact a festival or not?

Whether that's who you're talking about or not, it seems very strange.

Next to the salvager, there is a seasonal NPC with all the seasonal events listed but nothing to sell, even during a seasonal event.

I think he re-sells items if you got them during the original event - it probably checks against achievements to see what items are made available to you.

I've gone to that npc multiple times and I never see anything being sold, even for events I've done and items I've received in the past. Maybe there is some specific conditions that have to be met. Anyways, this is a new character, so none of that applies to me any more as I've deleted my previous character.

If you completed a quest prior to the change to selling items on the mogstation you can get items there. Like the Christmas items for the first year. I didnt complete it because I did a dumb. So I cant buy the stuff. But this year, on some servers, our very awesome fellow players that had were buying items and putting them up on the auction house for a loss so people could get them. All my alts thank you.

I can buy the swimsuits I already have there on my main, but my alts who were created after can not.

Ah, well I started playing in January of 2017 and I don't remember when I did my first seasonal event, probably that year's valentione's day as I remembered I forgot to get the angel minion.

That is after they changed to selling past event items in the Mogshop instead of that vendor so the only way to get it is real money.
