Yeah, we can accept buying from Steam was a mistake, but how is it our fault that SE refuse to let us put this right without starting with an entire new account (thus losing all our character progress, pre-order bonuses, event items like Yo-Kai that we absolutely cannot get back, etc). All we're asking for is a way to access the game without having to start over. Even if that means rebuying the game and giving SE more money.
