Traps are not visible until someone with Perception L finds them. Someone not in the Discord may not be cautious enough to wait for the Perception person to find the traps (nor will they be in VC to hear "All traps have been found" or "There is still a trap here somewhere"), run in, and trigger an invisible one. Some rooms always only have 1 or 2 traps in them, but their location is always different. And the element rooms leading up to AV can have 1 or 2 or even 3 in them.

It's that kind of carelessness that I think the Discords want to try and mitigate. Because, believe it or not, there are a lot of careless mistakes on NA. At least, there are on Aether.
