The large majority of issues with BA in NA is because NA culture chose a really bad meta for handling this content and at this point its ptobably too late to recover. No one believes you can actually get a BA to fire without pre groups any more, which becomes a self fullfilling prophecy
In Japan you have 3-4 people camping the same portal and JP players sabotaging AU raids.
