It isn't nice of course, but the situation itself isn't a nice one. If they were calling the person stupid or trying to insult them in other ways, yea, that's uncalled for. But pointing out to the person that they screwed up a run that people were planning for probably over an hour or so is completely reasonable in my opinion.
Refusing to heal people for no good reason is harassment, and pretty serious at that and if people do that they really need to be reported.
