Shadowbringers Steam Key is Invalid

Hello, I recently bought the Steam implemented version of Shadowbringers yesterday (March 4th) and tried to input the allotted "Final Fantasy XIV: Pre-purchase Bonus Content" key into the Mogstation Registration Code tab that reads "Enter Pre-order Bonus Code (Early Access Code)" to no avail it says it's invalid. I bought all of ARR, Heavensward and Stormblood on Steam and now Shadowbringers in case that would help. If I can get help with this it'd be sincerely appreciated.

I bought my ShB preorder through the SE store so IDK if it's different for Steam, but there was a two step process.

1. I used the code I got from the SE store site here.
https://redeem.finalfantasyxiv.com/na/redeem

That then gave me a SECOND code that I used at the mogstation to attach it to my service account.

Assuming Steam is the same way you may need to follow that link to input the code you have, to get a second code for the mogstation. IDK why it's that way.

That link isn't applicable or synonymous with the code format provided by Steam. With Steam's pre-order bonus key, you are suppose to go to the Mogstation and click the "Enter Pre-Order Bonus Code (Early Access Code)" tab filed under "Registration Codes" and enter the 20 character key (XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX) and it should work. Mine has not, but I'm trying to get ahold of Customer Support to see if they can resolve the issue.

P.S. If you're wondering if I even tried that link even though it's not of the correct format provided by Steam, yes I tried it before creating this thread on the slim chance that some how it would miraculously work, which it did not. But it was worth the attempt at least.

If anyone else is having this issue, I'll keep this thread updated in the next couple of days to see how this issue is resolved.

It's probably something Steam should deal with I'd say.
