Shadowbringers Steam Key is Invalid

I use steam also. Did you buy collectors edition or normal edition?
I got the collectors edition and got 3 codes.
The code for Stormbringers (and early access) doesn't work yet - it's too far from release.
The code for the minion/earings works now.

For me the Pre-purchase product code worked fine when I bought the steam digital CE. The main CE code will not work til release. I believe there was a special pre purchase place in the mog station to enter it. Since I already have I can't see that button anymore to show it. I believe the correct list of things to click were: hit the Manage Service Options button. Then I think the pre purcase code button was down under Registration codes after enter item code. I just don't recall if it actually said stormbringers early access or bonus code or what the wording on the button was.

I think the only code you can redeem right now is the "Shadowbriners Pre-Purchase Bonus Content" CD key which unlocks early access, the baby gremlin minion, and the aetheryte earrings. You insert this key in Mogstation in the "account" tab. There will be a big button saying "Enter Pre order bonus code". The other CD key is for when the dlc officially releases.

I think it's just how Steam works. You get your full game code now even if they are not yet accepted by mog station. Just only use the early access code for now and wait for mog website to be updated closer to the release of Shadowbringers for you to enter the other code.

That link isn't applicable or synonymous with the code format provided by Steam. With Steam's pre-order bonus key, you are suppose to go to the Mogstation and click the "Enter Pre-Order Bonus Code (Early Access Code)" tab filed under "Registration Codes" and enter the 20 character key (XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX) and it should work. Mine has not, but I'm trying to get ahold of Customer Support to see if they can resolve the issue.

P.S. If you're wondering if I even tried that link even though it's not of the correct format provided by Steam, yes I tried it before creating this thread on the slim chance that some how it would miraculously work, which it did not. But it was worth the attempt at least.

If anyone else is having this issue, I'll keep this thread updated in the next couple of days to see how this issue is resolved.

It's probably something Steam should deal with I'd say.
