Give the possible Eureka 5.X its own weapon, and separate Relic from it

I just have to say I had more fun making the eureka relic than I did making either the ARR or HW relic. Do you remember those awful books we had to do? All that materia we had to buy? The desynth materials? Oh god it was awful. Even if eureka was tedious in parts, at least it felt fresh most the time. The only really awful grind in there is the pagos light step.
