In my opinion this was the most interesting relic to do out of the 3 and due to eurekas nature of wanting you to take breaks and come back when you feel like it, plus BA is a thing now. I feel like this will end up being the most successful relic when this expansion is at its end.
And everything is and will be speculation until there is a way to know for the numbers for real, but I guess Eureka nerfed into oblivion is more appealing than HW. Too bad the only relics worth doing are DRK, WAR and BLM.
