"Live" subtitles could be another possibility for a planned presentation - obviously not able to convey every spontaneous remark in the live presentation, but the actual information content could be prepared ahead of time, and overlaid on the video at the appropriate time. Would be a bit like a PowerPoint presentation (though a more intense job for the computer operator) and able to give the extra degree of detail that isn't usually written on the slides.
I think if they could take the feed, perhaps locally even (so you're not streaming a stream lol), and then give them their own room nearby that they could then "dub" over with some relative ease (talking in the background, with the ability to PiP/switch screens). Pause, rewind, lower and raise volume (to talk over things).

Might allow for less pressure? If you have Koji you might be able to drip lore in and around the open periods too lol, or label some more fish XD.
