So people in your party wouldn't raise you when you died or are you running around the map in Pyros by yourself outside of party? Your elemental level 38 is not something that would be wise to do outside of party in Pyros given the mob densities there. And excuse me if I don't believe you relative to the people on the Chaos data center or in Eureka in general. My experience with Europeans including a number of my friends are that they are extremely helpful and are more than willing to help.

Playing in duo with my partner, doing quest that sends you to the other side of the map where you are surrounded by mobs +10 levels above you. I have seen people asking for ress for more than 5 minutes, and some that shouted in chat that thanks for nothing because they were dead for over 10 minutes.

My friends, some of them doing Hydratos or already 60 also share the same experiences and opinions about Eureka, so it isn't something that only happens to me. If I say this is something that happens often it is not because it only happens to me or is something I see, I do talk with the people I know and they can relate.
