    I still think that technically speaking it might be a solution to the issue being mentioned here and there's in-game precedent. It might not be ideal/the neatest solution, but tbh as long as there wasn't some convoluted requirement that you suddenly jump through additional hoops to achieve jobs that were previously accessible I don't see how it would cause an issue logistically.

    Honestly I really think they learned their lesson from the Dark Knight, Machinist, and Astro fiasco. Requiring finishing the ARR entire storyline to only unlock at 30 wasn't well received to people wanting to play them.

    Since after that point, the new jobs of Sam and Red Mage only require 50 and that's it. Requiring too much seems to be something they learned.

    Unlike Blizzard who has a habit of repeating already learned lessons again and again.
