1. Fix the way premades enter instances. We waste more time trying to get everyone into the right instance than progressing through BA.
2. Let us form alliances so we can communicate better.
3. Do something about the portals so that the drama with "snatching" stops. Right now it's so messy and stressful. I am sure it's not the case for the JP servers since they are courteous and probably wouldn't try to snatch portals, but NA is another thing... it's actually embarrassing to be part of this side of the community who were never taught how to treat others with respect nor have the capacity to control their emotions as adults. 2nd day of BA and someone in the group was already badmouthing first timers, when the run wasn't even a clear but a fresh progress one. How are people going to want to wet their feet in new content like this if they are being told "omg people are bad waaa waaa"? Grow up, damn it.
4. Emphasis on #1 point! This needs to get fixed first.

The biggest issue with Baldesion Arsenal seems to be that it's basically an instance within an instance locked behind 3 other instances. It's really hard to get a group together period under those condition let alone one that can even beat the first boss(or in my case even get to it with enough tanks left).

It's a shame because the instance itself seems very fun but the true challenge for me at least is just finding enough people to even attempt it.

it's an opened instance people aren't trolling by getting portals. Maybe they are uninformed... BA has been so toxic I don't see how anyone handles going into the discord and listening to them talk crap about every person who isnt part of the premade like goshness. if you lose a portal to someone then maybe they just wanted it more

As mentioned, multiple times, if they take the spot of a premades tank or healer then no one can progress.

This so much. I think there's 2 issues when using premades:
1. Getting all the folks in the same Hydatos instance. I must have swapped instances HUNDREDS of times trying to get our group in the same place. We spent more time getting everyone in 1 place than playing the game. This is just bad design.
2. Going inside the Baldesion Arsenal instance through the portals. This is so stressful, and the main cause for runs failing. This promotes bad behavior on both sides of the fence, and there is nothing to gain from it.

It's disheartening to spend first a long time trying to get a group together interested in learning, only then to fail getting everyone in the same instance after 2 hours and disbanding. This needs to be fixed, and fast.

These are definitely the biggest issues. They need to let Alliances queue and then take one portal per team.

I think that would help a lot. But they should also make alliances of any size, not just 3. Having a big enough alliance would probably trigger a fresh instance, which would alleviate the main issue.

There's still the issue about portal claiming though. There could be 2 teams competing for the same portal even like that. To fix it I think they should have just 1 portal, accept any number of people, and have the Baldesion Arsenal mobs/bosses scale depending on the number of people. So you could do it even if just 3 groups are interested (less is probably not going to work), but also do it if the whole instance is interested.

Or they should have make it a separate instances/raid and stop experimenting their drunk/on drugs dev's dream on paying customer like guinea pig. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
