What's going to happen with Eureka's "The Baldesion Arsenal" 1 to 2 years from now?

As for now all past relics are obtainable. I imagine they'll provide a way to acquire the one from eureka too.

All past relics have been obtainable solo / duty finder from day 1, so changes were never really required (some steps even naturally nerf themselves as the level / gear cap increases).

Eureka is an entirely different story and would require significant changes / massive nerfs to allow a small group or solo player any reasonable chance of completing it.... in short, unless they feel like wasting development resources on it in future, it will remain dead.
