    No where in the new policy does it say that disagreeing with someone is "breaking the rules" and punishable.

    The new policy can be boiled down to "don't be a dick". That's all it is. As the GM in the support ticket said, the new policy change is simply to warn players that being an ***hole is going to be taken more seriously now.

    It clearing states that calling out some one on the playing style as offensive. So if I say "the overall dps is low ppl, you need to shape up" can get me banned. Even if the mob pack we are fighting is taking as long as a boss to kill

    Incorrect.

    What is says is expressions that COMPEL a playstyle are offensive and punishable. Compel = to force, as in give no other choice but to play a certain way.

    Telling people that DPS is too low and they need to improve is NOT punishable. That's not forcing a playstyle.

    EDIT: The Japanese word used on the their version of the policy change is "kyouyou suru", which means to coerce, extort or force someone to do something.
