Gender locked race?

It doesn't make sense for them to repeat another snowy mountain zone when we already have Western and Central Coerthas, as well as Eureka Pagos.

I'd be up for a very mountain peak zone to be honest. Coerthas doesn't really give that mountain feel imo, the scale isn't large enough . With our very large zones from 2.0+ and flying I believe we could see some VERY large mountains in game.

Also just playing that repeat visual card, we have (hunky started the train):

Gunblade job, with the famous griever on it based on a character with Lion in his name:

Center Stage Winged Lion (from the trailer that's selling the expansion, also in a dungeon like Kuribu):

Lamasu, a winged lion (shown either lion or bull parts) that I'd argue helped build Ronso/Griever (besides being inspiration for the above winged lion), part of the description is a guardian from evil magic built of stone before an area to protect it, relates to the zodiac:

Ronso, clearly inspired by Griever (inspired by Lamasu):

Kuribu:

Which Kuribu through google search lead me to Lamasu in the first place with some weird spellings (like "Kuribu" deep dive lead straight to Lamasu, which is, imo, clearly what the winged lion is). These Lamasu and Apsasu (strictly female lamasu) which inspired cherubim, and cherub being a bit angle like (like Kuribu) is also known to have a lion face/aspect (and eagle/ox):

So we're coming back around the mountain for some lions lol. Not that I think they'll literally be Ronso, but probably ronso-lion-like maybe even in lore. I just wanted to stuff as many lion refrences into the trailer as I could.

Also being of the zodiac might be importance with the whole Zodiark, Ascian ordeal. And maybe explain some of the power the white mages have, somehow? Of course FF always takes liberties with their references (which is cool). Also not claiming I found "thee" references, just possible ones I could make fit a narrative lol.

Or in otherwords, the trailer of shadowbringer has sold us three lion heavy laden elements - Lionheart's weapon/fighting style as a job, a literal winged lion (which inspired Griever) and which lore matches griever and ronso in some aspect, and then Kuribu which could have easily been inspired by the lore of Lamasu (via cherub) thus also a lion inspiration. Also the leaker didn't want to say more about the other race because of lore reasons, hmmmmmmmmm lol.
