Healer pulling?

Is that realistic in a 24-man setting? Even if a tank doesn't move in then you can just stand outside the arena and it'll reset, no?

Of course, people don't pay attention. It's hard enough to reset hunts.

Standing infront of the boss, with everyone present, no one watching a cutscene and nothing in the sense of "brb" or "please wait for a moment" in the chat (or anything in the chat really that implied that there has to be some sort of delay - like people discussing strategy etc.) should really be enough reason to think that there is a battle about to start.

Unfortunately, I have been in parties where the main tank queues with their fc/friends and then they're explaining over discord without letting the rest of the alliance know and since the other two tanks were expecting the main tank to pull, we all waited.

I'm sorry but I have little sympathy for those "chicken tanks" who are either to scared to pull a boss or dont want to tank and end up just lingering infront of the boss.
One of the main reasons I mostly play tanks - I cant stand the kind of tank that just doesnt pull.
20 seconds is plenty of time to pull, unless there is a reason to wait.

And I hate when people pull for me as much as the next tank, but there is a difference between annoying impatience - and someone doing the tanks job of pulling, because the tank wouldnt do it.

You don't have to have sympathies for those kinds of tanks, but in turn, if you pull for them, they don't have to have sympathy for you either. I've seen wipes happen because tanks literally refused to get aggro because someone else pulled.
