Ah, so you don't want to open the CE to get the key code inside? I'm guessing there is no other way to get the code and so you're willing to pay for the digital version? Well, if you can and are willing to afford buying both editions, then fair enough, more power to you.

There's actually a lot of people who're doing it like that. I even have a friend who goes a step further and buys 2 physical CE's and one digital CE. The Digital one to get well the code and digital CE goodies, 1 physical CE box that he keeps sealed and just put it one of his boxes and then another physical CE box that he also keeps sealed but sells it years later for a big price on ebay or something.
