    The Relic and Eureka are just fundamentally incompatible.

    Eureka is hardcore grinder content. It requires a lot of time spent on it and it alone to gain any progress, while unable to do anything else during downtime because you have to remain in the instance at all times.

    The Relic, on the other hand, has always been a Casual content. A way for non-hardcore players to work towards getting a decent weapon, by doing content they already know, and know they can do. At their own pace. A dungeon here, a roulette there, and whatever else you want to do while you wait for the queue to pop.

    By locking the Relic behind Eureka, who is it for now? Hardcore grinders. The primal weapons are for Extreme trial runners, and raid weapons for Savage raiders, where does that leave the Casual now? Tomestones alone, I guess?

    Do people who do no real difficult content need anything beyond a base tome weapon? These days I rarely even see people with that, it's crafted ones. There are so many ways to get weapons now.

    I'd like to point out that the 2.0 relic had much heavier rng, and a much longer grind than eureka could ever be.

    Well than they can work for it or let it pass them by, like any other gear they don't get that is good for glamour but locked behind savage or primals or what have you.

    I'd like to have dyable omega gear, but I can't be bothered to raid this tier for various reasons. Don't see me creating posts on the forums complaining how it's not possible for me to get them

    Just this time, everyone was on the same level with the progress for those who wanted to go for it, unlike HW with its crafting materials and dungeon/raids for tomes and boss specific drops.

    That's literally what I asked for, but in the reverse. Keep relics outside of it and let Eureka have its own weapon.

    Just go back to 2.0's OG relic quest, for god's sake. It was challenging, fun, epic, and worked. No light farms, no FATE grinds, no mob grinds, no currency grinds. Enough of this MAU-boosting claptrap; make earning the relic fun again.

    Yeah, i imagine a region, divided into zones, where people needs to level up from the start in an alternative progress line and then farm and grind enemies and FAT--- Notorious Monsters (Completely diferent things!) as they progress their gear.     As much as I would prefer going back to 2.0's relic, challenging and epic only applied to the step requiring extreme kills. Fun didn't really apply to any of them, and worked is debatable. Also, all of those things you listed originated in the 2.0 relic so I am not sure if you are trying to juxtapose eureka with the 2.0 relic and maybe haven't done the 2.0 relic, or you are suggesting something entirely not the 2.0 relic.

    If Eureka can't hold up with having the relic weapon in it, then improve Eureka instead of forcing people that don't want to be in there to go in there.
    This is literally the most terrible idea ever! Thanks to Eureka, people actually getting the relic has increased by 50%. People got tired of ATMA farming and farming light in savage again and again. Relic needs to be tied to fun content, not repeat old content. Thanks, keep relic in Eureka and make Eureka in 5.0 please
