Since you asked, I'll bite.

To start with, people aren't making anti-BLU arguments. For anyone who has paid attention over the last two months, they will understand that the issue is with limited jobs. It's important to make that distinction because there seems to be this notion that the majority of those who express dissatisfaction want to see Blue Mage fully reworked to the point that it has almost nothing in common with its current iteration. Spell learning, gone. Masked Carnival, gone. And so forth. That couldn't be further from the truth. There are those who would be willing to make that sacrifice, but I believe that most people would prefer to see aspects such as spell learning and Masked Carnival remain intact. Again, this isn't anti-BLU. This is anti-limited.

Let me pull a quote from another player that is worth reading.

It's okay to have fun with the current iteration of Blue Mage, but we shouldn't wish for those who want to use Blue Mage in all content to not get what they want. If that statement is going to be countered with, "that's exactly what anti-BLUs are doing to those who like BLU" then that just expresses a complete lack of understanding of everything I've just said.
