    I apologize for the delay in our response to your concern. What are some things you have tried to resolve the issue? Does this disconnect only occur in Air Force One?

    It's only in Air Force One. It doesn't happen in leap of faith, nor anywhere else in the game. I don't know if there's really anything I can actually do to resolve the issue on my side, as they're all 90002 server errors, so I think it might have something to do with our character changing height or something in the instance, since this is the first time we're moving on a predetermined track at abnormal heights compared to how we normally move in game. I've even closed everything but XIV on my computer while playing Air Force One, but I've still been DC'd during it.
