Constant disconnection in Air Force One

I've been experiencing 90002 disconnects since yesterday and I have been trying to do the 4.56 instance for the past 5 hours. I want to finish the MSQ for Stormblood but that doesn't seem possible when disconnects are walling me from finishing a pretty easy instance.

As we have stated in a previous post, we don't have any control over your particular internet connection unfortunately. The replies we generally provide are standard troubleshooting for connection-related issues. These could apply to any connection and may be the cause of the issue. Since you only have control over your PC and home network, these suggestions are intended to help you stabilize your network. If they do not change the error at all, then the issue stems from someplace outside of your network. Since we don't have control over your individual connection, we suggest contacting your ISP about the matter, as suggested in the previous post. I apologize that we can't provide more assistance or information regarding your disconnections.
