I tried that myself and Blue Mage is not allowed to use Company Squadron because it is not considered a DoW nor DoM Job.

Yet it's classified as a magical ranged dps in the character tab. Their implementation of BLU is full of contradictions.

The LB gauge is tied to being in a party... not because BLU can't use it that the other jobs won't.

Even so, if it's a party of BLUs then it shouldn't be there if they can't use it.

They have a few actually. They are Selfdestruct, Final Sting and Transfusion.

Got all my spells but 3. High Voltage, Mountain buster and Shock Strike.

Beat 20 levels of of the Coliseum and the Final Boss to do the last BLU quest. (Man that fight was annoying)

Time to go back to tome / token grinding till they add more spells / levels in 5.1.

/locks BLU in a closet to collect dust.

Basically me as well I got everything but the primal moves and I'm safely putting it in the closet until some significant changes happen or it's a full class, their decisions this expansion have been really questionable I have to say so I'm actually worried about ShB.

Yeah, after BLU, it'll be the first expansion I wait a bit until after release to buy to see if it's any good. I got burned on WoW's BFA.... I'm not making that mistake again...especially with what I have seen lately.

Different strokes for different folks I guess. I took an extended break (at least 5 months or so?) from FF XIV after playing since 2.0 launch pretty regularly while I played WoW from the end of Legion until BfA launch. I burned out on WoW so fast I'm still not sure what happened. In my 9 years of playing I have never gotten so bored so fast with WoW. There were very, very few days that I didn't log in for hours at a time. It was THE game for me, and only FF XIV somewhat rivaled it imo. Not so much now though. Blizzard has lost its way. No matter how many shiny rewards they promote they probably won't have my money again for awhile. On a whim I decided to start up FF XIV again about a month later and I'm still here having fun despite my frustrations with some of the choices SE has made in Stormblood. To me that says a lot about Blizzard, and I guess I have begun to appreciate the work that the FF XIV devs do, even if I don't always agree with their decisions. I guess that was me going the long way around to say that I like BLU, but yeah.
