What do you guys make of the change of conditions for penalty of leaving duty? It's a bit confusing. Does that mean you always get a penalty for leaving, even if the party is incomplete (because someone left already)?

Foreign language versions sometimes give less ambiguous explanations, although sometimes they are wrong. Any French/German speakers around?

Possibly, unless the change is only applicable to situations that currently have the penalty, which does not include undersized party.

In that case, it means that the penatly won't be applied if you leave after replacement arrived or when joining an in-progress duty, since you won't be the first to leave the duty.

But, wasn't the penatly created to prevent people from bailing off duties they don't like ? Now, you could do that freely everytime time you join mid-duties.

You already could. Penalty doesn't apply to people joining in-progress.

You can't join mid-duty on a preformed/undersized party.
