I'd like to know why.
Pagos seems to vehemently despise players having fun. The layout and the positioning of the fates makes me think that the devs wanted to punish players for the crime of not being max level.

Pretty sure they just wanted players to do at-level content and progress through the zone rather than bumrush every FATE that popped on the map knowing that 100 warm bodies would get it down for them. This was hampered by some missing things that would have helped tremendously like level sync making it hard to always play with people you’d like to. But “I can’t do that content until I’m a higher level” is like RPG 101 and the fact that people have been cultured to assume they’re entitled to every NM (or Hunt, or FATE, wow a lot of entitlement has built up) goes counter to this. Now I know that playstyle is popular, but I think SE has still given it huge amounts of support through all the other content that works that way. Maybe just let the people who were bored to death with that have Eureka and enjoy it, and wait for the next content that’s targeted at the train.
