extreme primals are FAR from high end raiding, friend.Eh, I don't run EX primals so this mount will never be mine. Unless I can solo/2 man it at a later time. Between the attitudes I hear of people here/obsession with damage meters and the crud I dealt with in WoW high end raiding isn't my thing. I guess I'm too laid back or something.
Could at least be black and gold to match the other 2 final mounts...
Ill get it to have it, but having Fenrir, the two gold mounts and all of the other sparkly options, I doubt id ever use it.
Or they get underestimated which causes players who put no preparation in at all to jump into pugs hoping to wing it.
Ex is that sort of middle ground where regular players can beat it, but still need to take it seriously.
yeah, but those people dont tend to stick around long, lol. it's only the people that get carried, never learn the fight, and join farm parties that really disrupt any running of Ex content. The biggest difference for me is that pretty much anyone can learn an Ex primal in 1 or 2 lockouts with an average party (except Shinryu maybe).
I was expecting this mount to be exactly what it is, tbh. However, I was also expecting it to be gold or something. It's neat though. Some people may not like it and that's fine. But I do.

This final mount just shows how distasteful the Producer and the Dev Team are, I never really liked the current Primal mounts, dogs are just not my stuff and these ones have some really bad colors in my opinion, they could have been beautiful creatures but they went with such poor designs, I don't care about them, I got Lakshmi's mount and then decided they are not worth the time and effort of getting in the current expansion, I might do it in 5.0 when things get easier!...
Both Kirin and the Fire Bird have been disappointing to me since the ponies and the falcons are way prettier than their corresponding legendary master or whatever the golden mounts represent, SE should have made them semi-transparent or otherwise said crystal-like instead of the shabby golden color and the cheap designs, they just don't work for me and so I don't use them, Kirin has pretty wings at least!...
I get everyone has different tastes and preferences, but the Firebird mount is imo one of the best looking mounts in the game. Sure, some of the falcons leading up to it were alright, but the end result put the rest to shame a few times over. I don't get why the golden colors and design were shabby and cheap regarding the Firebird and Kirin mount. Looking at other mounts in the game as comparisons I simply don't see it.Both Kirin and the Fire Bird have been disappointing to me since the ponies and the falcons are way prettier than their corresponding legendary master or whatever the golden mounts represent, SE should have made them semi-transparent or otherwise said crystal-like instead of the shabby golden color and the cheap designs, they just don't work for me and so I don't use them, Kirin has pretty wings at least!...
I wonder how this would workout lore wise... like is it the Fox lady or an entity that looks like her? Is the collection of 7 dogs going to free the Fox Lady? Curious how the Minstral Bard will play his part this time.
I was kinda disappointed that it's basically a recolored Fenrir instead of something at least a bit more unique. It's not even golden!
Kirin and Firebird look gormless, outside of the colour scheme and glow they look super weird. I'm quite happy we're getting something different this time. Personally I'll be using Seiryu's mount most of the time, because the colour scheme is gorgeous.
