It's a fair system because everyone agrees to the rules when they sign up to play the game. You agreed to the Terms of Service so you have to abide by them just like everyone else. Again, you're not special.

EDIT: Also, if you're on your last strike, that usually means you're a repeat offender for saying some truly vile stuff, so you'll have to forgive people for not feeling much sympathy for your case.

We don't even know if you're actually telling the truth about what you've done, going by how these types of threads usually go, I'm not inclined to believe your side of the story.

Why would I even waste my time with this, knowing the GM's keep a record of every report so that if I was telling BS it wouldn't matter because the GMs will see it anyways. They can look me up. I'd link it myself for all to see each chat log from each report if I was given the info. If a someone else is telling BS on here like how I'm speaking but are not telling the truth, they're not really smart. As soon as a GM opens up your case they have access to everything you said. It's all saved because they keep track of it all.

You most certainly can. Swearing is strictly against ToS. You can be banned off of forums for far lesser things.

As for the original poster...If you can't control yourself then the problem is a trait you possess, not the system. People that are quick to anger and cannot control their emotions in real life aren't allowed to have guns and can be banned from working with children or in certain institutes (like a hospital). It's on you that you are ill-suited to an MMO.

What I can suggest is to turn off all chat. Sorry. If you cannot control yourself based on what's being written...then make it so you cannot read it in the first place. Limit yourself to Free Company if you trust them. Even if you slip up, if they know you they may wave it and not report. No report, no ban. There are people that have different mental health problems than you, ones where they are emotionally wounded by being attacked and your outburst can cause them actual harm. That's why you can be banned for what some people consider "lesser stuff", among others.

If you want your mental condition to be considered by others, start by being considered of those that those others may have.

I'm not sure about in game but on the forums yes. Even if you use a swear as part of your reason why something might be hard for SE to do.
