ill put it this way, in absolutely no way can learning spells in 14 be anywhere near as painful as it is TO THIS DAY in 11 (*cough* lvling magic through pollen spam *cough*), i literally spent 18 hours trying to learn sandspin in 11 and thats 1 entry level blue mage spell from a stationary mob so i couldnt even kite the enemy into more mobs to get more chances, mobs in 14 actually USE their abilities fairly regularly so even a 1% chance of learning youd get plenty of chances to see that spell in a short time
