Is Microsoft or Sony holding up a Xbox One version at this point?

Devs and Yoshida himself talked about xbox version, the situation is about a missing agreement with Microsoft on terms and conditions for playing the game on the xbox. When it solves, we maybe will get the xbox.

I'm thinking the Nintendo switch version is more likely to happen than the xbox one...

Please no switch port... we don't need more limitations.
