Why do DPS not use Limit Break anymore?

I generally leave LB alone because caster/melee has it better, but even if I was one of those roles I'd probably leave it. When playing with random people from DF you never know how things are gonna go, I'd rather the LB be used when everything goes south to save a run (whether tank lb or healer) so I don't have to do another pull, rather than have a fight take 20 seconds less or whatever.

Ah yes Duty Finder... Limit Break is used even less with the matchmaking of Duty Finder... I would at least lock matchmaking until the content was cleared with a pre-formed party first, to help get a general idea of when and/or where Limit Break is used if in a dungeon or 1 of the many trials in Stormblood(Seriously though, Stormblood "raids" were just trials so the Devs should NEVER do that again for next raid series)...
