Why do DPS not use Limit Break anymore?

Often DPS don't use the LB on-demand because it's not a safe time in the fight to do so. LB roots you in place for a rather long time and can very often lead to you dying if used at the wrong moment. I've had it happen to me quite often when I've mistimed the safe period in a fight or caved into the demands of tanks/healers that don't know what they're saying.

Also a DPS in the middle of a burst is not going to waste the burst using LB as soon as it comes up. If the LB meter ticks over just after I've used Riddle of Fire, for example, imma wait till my fire goes out before using the LB.

Yep, I will not use the LB when I know the boss is about to do an attack or jump away. I've done these fights too much I have their telegraphs in my head. I like to call it Titan PTSD.

Example from Rabanastre last night: on Hashbrown (yes I'm still calling him that) we got LB back after the golems, and he was around 5% or so, but no one was using it so the RDM started spamming "LB". He got tired of waiting. And then *squish*. And I'm not sure it even worked since the boss jumped away to use that fire axe half room attack after the double pillars (yay vague descriptors) before the LB animation finished.
