I wont play an unfinished job that can't use the DF and can't level up to the cap. They should have postponed introducing this job until they had the time to balance it for all content up to level 80. If it is indeed not possible to release it as a functional job yet, then don't waste precious development time on creating limitations and side content for the job. It just comes off as unprofessional.

Build the foundation properly, then expand if it's a success. Kind of like the Perform action for Bard.
