SE, the concept of "Limited Jobs" is a really bad idea, turn back now

I love the idea of implementing jobs that are allowed to break the usual constraints, while also bucking the mentality that "end-game level cap content is the only thing that matters" that has infested this genre for far too long.

Besides, we're about to have (likely) 17 total jobs that do fit the usual XIV mold. This hysteria over an additional 1 that doesn't is getting ridiculous.

I'm gonna second the "speak for yourself" part. Mostly because atleast as far as I remember the only FF job that seemed like it wouldn't be able to fit very well in XIV's combat was BLU. And personally I'm still thinking that by 5.0 it'll be able to get to lvl 80 and the devs will try to end up balancing it so it can do SHB end-game content.

Edit: Actually there is a second job that might get the limited treatment: Beastmaster. They've made it clear that pets haven't been something they exactly like to balance around, and while I believe they can (same for BLU) I could see it starting out as a Limited job as well.
