Basically every person who genuinely cares about the game and likes to play will ditch chaos and move to light, which removes the activity from chaos. I don’t even believe Louisoix/omega are full to begin with. Split will ruin the chaos dutyfinder. Everyone will move to light and only the people who like to stand infront of their fc house with their friends and don’t actually play, will probably stay on chaos. EU DC already has signifant smaller player base, why split it? Pvp is gonna be completely on one DC, too.
