    Ultima (using her original PS1 FFT mistranslated named of 'Altima') is already an Ascian though - that was confirmed way back in the 2.3 story where she appeared in the Chrysalis with the other Ascians. No I'm just taking that as just a generic Kuribu statue (which would also mean the place that Thancred is in is Amdapor Keep/Lost City of Amdapor; the decor certainly matches it). But we'll find out in due time.
