Which will be in 5.0. 5.0 is when all the Eureka zones will be nerfed per previous relics’ example. I wouldn’t really call that a successful relic if people wait an entire expansion to actually do and complete the content.

I think you’ve probably misunderstood me. I’m not saying people won’t do the content once it’s nerfed. I’m sure there are those who will. But, even still, there will be some who will just choose not to participate in it at all.I don't know, they said Pyros (anyone only wanting to just follow a fate train better wait one week or so before going in) will be like Anemos and once they nerfed Pagos to the ground as they did with Anemos people will finish it before 5.0 if they like the final form.
As a personal opinion, I won't call any of the relics a success outside the first step for ARR relic.
I’m currently in the latter camp, because I’m just simply not interested in the relic this expansion—Pagos killed it for me (I actually enjoyed Anemos enough to do all 15 weapons and get halfway through completing all 15 gearsets). I feel like the ball was dropped on it pretty hard with Pagos, so I’m just opting not to do it. Who knows if my feelings will change, but they’re pretty solid right now in the “I’m not interested” camp. Which sucks, because if Pyros is good, well then: oh well. I don’t want to go through Pagos.
Personally, I think HW’s relic was relatively successful. The unidentifiable step was brutal, but the steps afterwards were all fairly easy to do, and I don’t remember many complaints about them (only the unidentifiable step).
