Request: Make Pagos NM Items Obtainable

Never been so frustrated in obtaining those 3 items in pagos. No idea what the dev team was thinking of the drop rate knowing that ppl eventually going to move on to the nxt area. That ppl are going to spawn it is going to decrease overtime. I so wanted to glamour them .

I've been doing Pagos since it launched on a regular basis and I've yet to see either of the ones available from FATE's drop.

The SE Genie grants your wish. The Louhi card now drops from the NPC Botan in Kugane (7.8, 14.7). I got two while working on the Pazuzu card yesterday. That's within about 40 wins.
