It's a perfectly justifiable warning in this case. It's what happens when you go and act like you own something in the open world where literally any player in that zone has access to.

It's true that there's no rule for early pulling. Although it's not called a rule, but common sense. If others did wait for you, it's common sense for you to wait for others too.
