Getting someone a ban just for reseting a Mob that is killed within 5min? Seriously? I would feel a shame if I ever done a report for such minimal thing.

"You're not obrigated to wait others for pulling", that's why I don't bother with hunts anymore, that's because of this behavior and for players actually encouraging that early pulling is all right that this is really not worth my time and effort to get there and get nothing.

It's true that there's no rule for early pulling. Although it's not called a rule, but common sense. If others did wait for you, it's common sense for you to wait for others too.
