Eureka is still ruined because of Pagos

Actually, if I remember correctly, there are numbers that suggest that Eureka is a success. I remember reading some post about there being a significant rise in active characters when the eureka patches arrived as opposed to the usual downward trend as an expansion continues.

This is quite disingenuous as it ignores what else released alongside Eureka.

4.2 - New tier; Eureka was brand new, thus curiosity won out
4.3 - Monster Hunter Collaboration
4.4 - New tier

Basically, Eureka has never released without another major piece of content. Furthermore, people are inherently curious, especially given the reception Eureka has had.
