I am not going to threaten to quit the game. But this is incredibly demoralizing and its hard to know if someone is seriously looking into this. That the local network works fine for FFXIV is fine, but the external network isn't . Unless I can order a direct UTP line to the server I am forced to use the external measures.

I don't know, and i'm not the type to whine and ask for a refund over everything, but legitimately i have been having issues playing for the past 2 days and if i cant log in that is wasted sub, and the wasted sub is not my fault. I don't pay money for sub time i can't use when i have the time to use it. This is SE's responsability whether its their ISP or not SE needs to work this issue out with them or find another ISP. It is SE's responsability to provide and maintain the service THEIR customers PAYED for. FIX THIS SE or i want an extension of the days i missed/payed for.
