SE can't do anything if ISP's are the source of the issue. If the internet is out country wide, its not just your precious sub being affected. It's everyone's. We all are sharing this issue.

Our servers literally crashed twice 2 or 3 days ago.

I'm on an NA server and I'm still having lag spikes and issues myself. Your comment literally serves no purpose or makes any sense because even NA people are having problems. EU issues are not the only issues either.

What region people are playing in doesn't matter in this scenario since it's widespread and affects a multitude of different people across the datacenters, and you're just trying to use it as some kind of leverage against the other person while thinking you're being so smart about it.

SE can only fix things if its caused by the hardware or software they provide. SE is not an ISP. Connection issues caused beyond their actual servers or their own local network have to be fixed by someone else. Though I didn't experience any connection issues aside from early in the day on Monday.

Yeah was in O11 trying to get my doohickey for the week when the game froze, and others reported the same in the still working chat. then the whole raid disconnected. this is on NA servers, why would a japanese internet issue be causing this?

I mean, the game itself runs out of Japan. The NA servers have to be connected to something. However, it certainly appears that the issue is more widespread than we initially thought.

I doubt they can do much about it. Then again why would they lie about this? If it is a DDoS attack and SE has been VERY transparent with these news in the past....
