Hey now, don't lump all FC leaders in with bad ones like Bee_Brain. There are a lot who just want to build a good community that do things together. Good FC's with good leaders tend to become established and stick around a long time in the server.

If this was the case, your fc wouldn’t be a flop. And the ego thing is completely wrong. I am an officer (technically 3rd in command) in my FC. My leader and my fellow officers are not egotistical. Our FC has flourished over the years. People hate people that are full of themselves. The more you talk, the more I see why you are failing. I would leave too. I wouldn’t want to be associated with someone who thinks being a beggar is okay and not actually working to earn your money legitimately. Instead you feed off of the work of someone else. Disgusting. Your ego is toxic, in my opinion. It’s just not someone I would want for my leader, and it sounds like other share this sentiment.

You want “practical” advice and not be sermoned into a kinder or “morally-upright” person, but newsflash sweetie... No sane person wants an immoral, arrogant person as their leader. The fact you say you’re “forced” to do things for others, especially your fc members, and expect something in return shows you do not deserve to be a leader. If you keep your attitude, you’re only gonna keep failing.

You know, you should go play EVE. it's an MMO built on building corperations, and conquering other ones. Youtube EVE and 'business wars' That's where you tant to take your egotistical megalomania. You'd get eaten alive there, but that's where your personality best fits in...not here.

For your situation, I don't deny you had some bad experiences with FCs, but at the same time, I don't know if they were actually bad FCs or you just expected to much or if you have a personality that rubs everyone else the wrong way because I don't know you.

Probably the first one (bad experiences), and probably the last one (not a likable person, I guess? depressing if that is the case, honestly), but it's absolutely not the second...that I expected too much. I don't think it's 'asking too much' to get an invite from a person after agreeing to help in roulettes, or to go on treasure hunts that I was asked to come along in, or for the FC to acknowledge I exist at all.
