To all you successful FC leaders... How did you do it?

You form the crew and the connections before you even form the FC.

If you have no friends (no core members) that are close and willing enough to form the FC with.. then likely you're not as "socially competent" as you think you are.

All successful FCs started small with either A) a raid group that decided to form an FC, B) an existing group of IRL friends, or C) a group of in-game people who grew to know and care for each other **over time**... They made an FC solely for themselves, and slowly and surely, it would grow through new friends and acquaintances.

It seems like you want the success with none of the pre-requisites nor the effort. Quite frankly, you simply sound like an impatient power-hungry attention whore.
