if it only has story where are people going to get i380 gear besides the Marketboard?

If it's an issue with weapons, they can save up for the 360/70 tomestone weapon or they can do an extreme.

If they don't want to do either, then they won't be doing content that needs higher than 370 anyway.

I'd suggest they go back to POTD if this is the case.
