    I don't understand whats confusing you. There are already many spells/abilities in game with recast timers significantly lower then there duration.

    Amazing how that confussed no one, yet all of the sudden the exact same thing in a new and changed situation has you all in a panic.

    theres that fear of change thing again.


    To be on topic thouhg. Why isthe OP surprised about a stats that effects enfebling magic ? Just because they changed enfeebling doesn't mean it no longer exist. As well, we may indeed have a new class in the future that focuses on enfeebling.

    Based on other games (like FFXI) traits are usually active at all times. If it's an ability you have to activate, I'm sure they would call it just that - an ability! And give them more inspired names than "Enhanced Enfeebling Magic".

    I agree about what trait generally means, but that may simply be a localization issue.
