    If I was to venture a guess, the ice spells will be influenced by enfeeble magic potency.
    Blizzard - Deals ice damage. Chance to inflict Heavy.
    Blizzara - Deals ice damage to enemies in range. Chance to inflict Bind.

    and not to mention sleep.

    I took a look at the Japanese patch notes hoping something was simply lost in translation. Their notes seem just as ambiguous in regards to trait recast timers, unless I skipped over something.

    There are a few typos (it's my fault, I put the pressure on like an unloving sponge, it must've been a hectic week last week), the bulk of the information should be present.

    The template appears to be that all traits and actions to have a recast timer.

    The traits that do not affect actions such as Enhance Physical Attack I may be adjusted to indicate there is no recast timer. At present, one may read it to mean it has to be an action that must be triggered, but this may not be the case.

    Something I've never tested... if things such as any of the potencies affect actions with similar abilities. i.e. did Red Lotus benefit from attack magic potency for its fire effect? Second Wind from healing potency? Defense gained from Defender via enhancing potency? Or the blind ~ accuracy down effect from Luminous Spire based on enfeebling potency?

    Curiosity...

    I don't understand whats confusing you. There are already many spells/abilities in game with recast timers significantly lower then there duration.

    Amazing how that confussed no one, yet all of the sudden the exact same thing in a new and changed situation has you all in a panic.

    theres that fear of change thing again.


    To be on topic thouhg. Why isthe OP surprised about a stats that effects enfebling magic ? Just because they changed enfeebling doesn't mean it no longer exist. As well, we may indeed have a new class in the future that focuses on enfeebling.
