Uh.. Surely I'm overlooking something but, wasn't all the enfeebling magic removed? Why does Thaumaturge have a trait to boost enfeebling magic, when it doesn't have any? Or is this supposed to increase the chances of spell side effects going off?![]()

yes i believe you answered your own question.
I simply question whether they're drawing a distinction between "effects" versus actual magic.
they are magics with added enfeebling effects. so, it'll boost that potency.
Think of it like Bio from XI it did dmg plus added an DoT.
I hope you guys are right.
the thing that has me scratching my head a bit is the recast timers on the traits.

recast timers are there to show that the trait will reduce the recast timer of the ability it is associated with. It's showing what the recast time will be when you have the trait. For things like auto-refresh, I'm guessing that's what the tick rate is. 5secs/tick.
I thought that too but what about passive ones like atk power + 10recast timers are there to show that the trait will reduce the recast timer of the ability it is associated with.
