Healer Wishlist for 5.0

I think one of the problems we have now with balancing and differentiating healers is that we have 2 very different healers (proactive/mitigation-oriented SCH and reactive/burst-and-HoT-oriented WHM) and then one in the middle who has to do one-or-the-other's job but also not step on their toes and also do its own thing (AST).
Going forward, I think they should decide if AST is going to be proactive or reactive, change its kit accordingly, and add a 4th healer that will cover what it doesn't have, creating 2 proactive healers and 2 reactive healers.
