I feel like the one part nobody is talking about is that the story isn't even worth it. ARR at least had Gerolt, who is an amazing character. And HW had his interactions with you and another person, and also a lot more humorous and fun because it feels like you're developing a living being.

Eureka? It's just a retelling of certain parts of FFV. And FFV is far more fun than this, so I'd rather not play it and just go play FFV... which is what I've been doing. So what I'm saying is, it's disappointing... because instead of wanting me to play further into FFXIV and Eureka as a whole, it makes me want to play V more than the game itself... isn't that the opposite of what content in an MMO supposed to do?

Guess that's just me. I haven't stepped into the place getting close to 32. I don't plan on finishing leveling up, or a weapon... let alone step into the next place they have coming out next.

EDIT: THIS IS COMING FROM SOMEONE WHO FINISHED EVERY WEAPON AND ARMOR PIECE OF ANEMOS, HAS 4 HW ANIMAS AT THE FINAL STEP, AND I'M GOING BACK TO THE ARR STEP BECAUSE I WANT GLAMOR. And I especially want Gae Bolg, that dragoon spear is one of my favorites. What I'm saying is, I'd much rather do books than Pagos.

Yes, Exactly! A bunch of us were really disappointed with the whole quest line and at 35 we were like, 'did anything actually happen.'
